Xalles and Sendera Collaborate

HOUSTON, TEXAS and WASHINGTON, DC, July 6, 2005 –- Xalles Limited today announced an alliance agreement with Sendera Consulting, an enterprise system consulting firm.

Based in Houston, Texas, Sendera Consulting offers cost-effective enterprise system consulting services in the areas of Strategic IT Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Systems Integration, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), Enterprise Content Management, Converged Communications, Security, and Outsourcing.

Some of the fields of interest and geographies for Sendera are quite complementary to the Xalles service offerings to Financial Services and Supply Chain industries. Sendera is primarily focused on the U.S., Mexico and Latin American markets, and the company’s work in these regions complements Xalles’ business footprint. Some of Sendera’s projects overlap some of the work Xalles is undertaking in the financial services area, and therefore the two firms will collaborate on some specific projects. Some opportunities have initially presented themselves for document management and banking systems implementation.

The alliance agreement with Sendera was formalized this week, after some informal partnering discussions between the two firms since Sendera was launched. Xalles is working with Sendera on joint business development opportunities as well as team resource extension.
