Xalles Assists Russian Firm

with Marketing Strategy and International Distribution

DUBLIN, 6 September, 2004 –- Xalles Limited, The Business Navigation Specialists™TM, today announced the agreement with Machine-Building Plant MELNIK of Barnaul, Russia.

Melnik is the largest Russian manufacturing firm that specializes in the development and production of top quality mills for grain processing and production of high quality baking flour. Melnik products include small and medium sized mills of 100 – 6000 kg of grain processing capacity per hour. Melnik guarantees that their products are top-of-the-line and offer a three year warranty period for all of their mills.

The manufacturing firm, based in Siberia, has found success in the Russian market and is now planning for international growth. Melnik has approached Xalles to design a marketing strategy for international awareness and distribution of their products in specific markets. Xalles will be the exclusive marketing representative for Melnik in Canada, the United States of America and Brazil. Xalles will plan and conduct promotional campaigns intended to search for buyers and distributors of Melnik products in the target regions.
