HONG KONG and DUBLIN, 14 March, 2003 – Meridian Bay Limited, an investment company based in Hong Kong , China , today announced that Xalles Limited, The Business Navigation Specialists™, will assist in creating a new international technology integration company.

Xalles staff have been tasked with creating the business model and business identity for this new firm, which will be headquartered in the United States of America. Xalles will provide a variety of services to Meridian Bay for this new venture including interim management personnel, expertise in designing products and services, and marketing strategy support.

The new firm, name unannounced, will focus on the information technology strategy and implementation for both public and private sectors. This new company will leverage Xalles’ experience and methodologies in project management and implementation of large information systems. The launch strategy is designed to gain rapid access and penetration in the competitive marketplace of medium and large scale information systems projects.
