WASHINGTON, HONG KONG and DUBLIN, 16 April, 2003 – ArrowVista, a privately-held U.S. corporation with offices in Washington D.C., has been created with the help of Xalles, to serve the marketplace requiring business and technology integration services.

ArrowVista Corporation was launched this month. Xalles staff had been tasked under contract with Meridian Bay Limited, the majority shareholder in ArrowVista Corporation, with creating the business model and business identity for this new firm.

Xalles has provided a variety of services to ArrowVista for this new venture including some interim management personnel, business and service design, and marketing strategy support services. The launch strategy was designed to immediately gain client contracts through an accelerated and creative business development cycle. Initial staff are now busy keeping up with client demand. This business will focus on both public and commercial sectors for the implementation of technology solutions.

As part of the alliance agreement, Xalles will be used by ArrowVista as their preferred Management Consultants.
